Where to Stay in Rayol-Canadel-Sur-Mer? At Bailli de Suffren
Ideally, staying within the commune will allow you to fully enjoy your stay. I recommend booking accommodation as soon as possible. Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at a 4-star hotel right by the water!
I simply fell in love with the Bailli de Suffren, one of the most beautiful hotels in Rayol-Canadel, where you can enjoy lovely, very comfortable rooms with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea There are 5 types of rooms, all of which are stunning, but we chose a Deluxe Room, as they offer one of the best panoramas of the sea. Our room also had a balcony with very comfortable furniture, a mini-bar, a coffee machine, and air conditioning, which was very useful with 95 degrees outside, and several other amenities. The little extra with this room is that the shower also offers this view of the Mediterranean Sea, and I must admit I've never stayed in the shower for so long!
The establishment also features a terrace with a pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers for a relaxing afternoon, always with a view! From the hotel, enjoy a private access to the beach for a quiet swim even in the peak summer season. ⛱️
I must also tell you about the hotel restaurant, Loup de Mer! In fact, there are 3 of them (the Pool House at the pool, L'Escale at the private beach, and thus Loup de Mer) and all are delicious, tried and tested ✅ But I really had a crush on the latter, not only because it offers an exceptional view of the Golden Isles but also for its chic and romantic setting ideal for a dinner date and of course the cuisine! I simply indulged in the appetizer, the main course, and the dessert (the only way to enjoy both fresh, local products from land and sea)!
For the curious, I can even tell you what I tasted: langoustine ravioli as an appetizer, roasted lamb rack as the main course and lemon tart for dessert
